On April 20th 2018, Denver artist Raverro Stinnett survived a near-fatal assault at the hands of RTD's private security firm Allied Security. He suffered permanent brain damage and has yet to receive justice.
Following the successful premiere of the multimedia performance art piece "I Am Raverro: The Story of Raverro Stinnett" on October 2nd, Emancipation Theatre and The Armory will present a second screening at the MCA Denver on October 28th. Written by Denverite Jeff Campbell, this work features music written by The Playground's very own Conrad Kehn and will be performed by members of The Playground Ensemble.
The performance will be followed by a special panel discussion featuring:
Jeff Campbell - Emancipation Theater

Fronzo Gilkey - Black Actors Guild
Conrad Kehn - Playground Ensemble
